LA BUENA PRO, ABOGADOS & CONSULTORES provides legal advice on contracting with the State to private sector companies during the three stages of the contracting process: (i) preparatory acts, (ii) selection process and (iii) contractual execution.
Likewise, we provide legal sponsorship before the Contracting Court with the State (TCE) in administrative proceedings of appeal appeals and sanctioning procedures.
